For the past 5+ years I have taught a variety of fitness classes: Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Strength, and Pound. I am passionate about teaching a safe and effective exercise class that is easy on the knees and joints, yet still challenging. I believe in teaching on all levels: beginner to advanced, younger to older, fitness should be for everyone. Barre Certifications from Exhale and Barre Above, Power Pilates and Pop Pilates certified, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
